Jiratthaya Manorattanasakool, or “Benzy” as she is known by all, received her bachelor’s degree from Burapha University in her native country of Thailand. After graduating with honors, Benzy began her career in Banking as a loan officer at Kasikorn Bank, eastern headquarters of Thailand, at which time she also began acquiring investment properties for her family’s business.
In 2008, she moved to Ormond Beach, Florida, where she started her import and wholesale business. Entrepreneurial by nature, it wasn’t long before she began focusing on the local real estate industry and buying properties as an investor. Learning from the ground up, Benzy has successfully created a portfolio of properties throughout Volusia County, attributing much of her success to learning the complex system of bank foreclosures and real estate auctions over the past 10 years. She takes pride in applying her specialized knowledge and understanding of the real estate market to assist her clients with their real estate needs, and treats every transaction as if it were her own.
In addition to her busy schedule in real estate, Benzy also enjoys exercising, cooking, gardening, listening to music, reading, and traveling. She is also a very giving person, and especially enjoys giving back to her community and helping others in need, particularly children, the elderly, women in abusive relationships and single moms.
In 2014, she established the first Thai community in Volusia County to promote Thai culture/Thai food, which donates all proceeds to help children in need. She also supports the Philippino community. And she is an MC/host for two of the biggest Buddhist temples in Florida. Benzy is well traveled and relates well to people of all backgrounds and cultures. She is very friendly to everyone she meets and loves making new friends.
If you need assistance with buying or selling a home or investment property, do not hesitate to contact Benzy. She is happy to assist you, greets everyone with her beautiful smile, and she can’t wait to meet you!
